1. Quality Issue: Cigarettes ki quality expected standard se kaafi neeche thi. Cigarette paper jalte waqt uneven burn kar raha tha, jisse smoke ka taste kharab ho gaya.


2. Unpleasant Smell & Taste: Cigarette jalate hi ek ajeeb si chemical wali smell aayi jo pehle kabhi kisi cigarette mein mehsoos nahi hui. Iska taste bhi bilkul harsh tha, jisse throat aur chest mein irritation hua.


3. Suspicious Packaging: Packet par print quality aur seal original Mond products se kaafi different thi. Aisa laga jaise product ya to counterfeit ho ya phir manufacturing defect ka shikar ho.
